XGEN is a member of the NIH Pharmacogenomics Research Network.

The OSU Program in Pharmacogenomics is the primary home for the network group.

The OSU College of Medicine Center for Pharmacogenomics (C-PGx) supports molecular genetics and genomics technologies, biomarker development, and clinical translation, to enhance personalized therapy of complex disorders. C-PGx scientists come from basic sciences and clinical departments in the College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, College of Public Health, Comprehensive Cancer Center, and The Davis Heart & Lung Research Institute. Investigators from different scientific disciplines join forces to explore the application of pharmacogenomics to therapies of cardiovascular, CNS, and infectious diseases, and cancers.
The C-PGx also serves as home to XGEN (Expression Genetics in Drug Therapy), a member group of the NIH Pharmacogenomics Research Network (PGRN), dedicated to discovery of clinical biomarkers to guide personalized medicine.
